This machine is suitable for simulating various types of batteries to be subjected to needle sticking during transportation and storage. The test shall be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20 °C ± 5 °C. The battery with the thermocouple (the contact of the thermocouple is fixed on the large surface of the battery) shall be placed in a fume hood with an rust-free steel of 2-8 mm in diameter.
